The Fund in an Internally Manged Alternative Investment Fund with Limited Number of Persons (“AIFLNP”) in accordance with Section 125 (1) (a) of the Cyprus Law 124(I)/2018 (the “AIF Law”). R2P INVEST CY AIFLNP V.C.I.C. (the “Fund”) is exclusively addressed to professional investors, as described in Appendix A of the Fund’s Prospectus and in accordance with the meaning of Annex II of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law, Law No. 87(I)/2017, as amended from time to time.
The Manager warns investors that the value of the investment in the Fund may fall as well as rise and return of the originally invested amount is not guaranteed. The fund’s performance in prior periods does not guarantee the same or higher performance in the future. The investment in the fund is intended to achieve a return on its medium and long-term holdings and is therefore not suitable for short-term speculation.
